I have a simple problem, but I'm new to Silverlight.
I have a textbox, transparent, but when I got focus, textfield background will come white.
How to solve?
You just need to either edit the "FocusedState" in the VisualStateManager for the Default control template, or provide your own like the one provided below in either a Resource Dictionary or in your UserControl.Resources etc.

You can also apply this same template to all your TextBox controls by default utilizing BasedOn Values.

What you are describing is a Visual State.
When the Textbox gets focus, it internally triggers a visual state change, which in this case includes a white background.
It looks like you are working in WP7, so there are a couple of places you can start learning about Control Templates, Styles and how to change them.
First have a look at this article about Control Templates.
You will find that anything Silverlight 4 related is relevant.
Second get a copy of Expression Blend for Windows Phone. Start a new WP7 project, drag a TextBox onto your design surface, right click the TextBox and selected Edit Template. Then you will start to see how easy it can be to change said visual states.

Adding placeholder text to textbox
The problem is, the placeholder TextBox must be easy to reuse. Either with XAML or Code.
Maybe it's something like this

As you can see, on the second picture, the "Add a comment" placeholder is on the top most of TextBox, it covers the stripe line. Is the placeholder a picture or a TextBlock on top of it?
You can use the PhoneTextBox control from Windows Phone Toolkit.
It has a Hint property which allows you to set a placeholder:

The third comment by MacGile on the thread you mentioned shows a fairly simple way to extend the normal TextBox with a special style. If you apply this style on your TextBox, you can use it simply as he illustrates:

The Tag attribute is where you enter the placeholder text. The style is designed to change the color according to the text entered and will return to full color black when user edits.
A second way to achieve your goal is to place the TextBox in a Grid and add a TextBlock over it, which you will hide when the TextBlock is not empty (user has entered something). Sample:

In WP7 whenever a button is clicked ,the background of button becomes white showing that button is clicked and becomes normal on releasing the mouse button.But I want to change the color of button selection from white to orange.How can i dot it?

If you're developing for Windows phone, Blend is free and it's an incredibly powerful. I would go so far as to say mandatory, I highly recommend you use it. In Blend it's a simple matter of editing the "Pressed" state style.
In Visual studio, in Solution Explorer, right click on your XAML page and select "open in Expression Blend"
Right Click on the button -> Edit Template -> Create Copy (Just choose the defaults for the save dialogue)
Click on the "states" tab: (You'll see a list of all the different visual states the button can have)
Select the "Pressed" state and edit away to your heats content, visually.
And you're done!
Compare that to trying to edit the raw XAML, as you would have to in VS.
You can do this by retemplating the button control in blend.

I am developing window phone 7 application in C#. I am new to the silverlight. I have more than one buttons in my application for different purposes. I am performing the click operation on one of the button amongst these buttons. Now I want to show the selected button to the user on the user interface screen. So I want to highlight that selected button so that the user interface will show that particular clicked button in a different manner than the other button on the screen. It seems like you're looking for the RadioButton functionality on a couple of Buttons. In that case, you can just re-template a RadioButton with the default Button-Template and add the VisualState for Checked. This example will make the Background turn Red for the latest Clicked Button, I hope that's what you're after
