I want to create a website which will allow user to login with his/her Facebook credentials. Now, my website would allow user to post some content (text plus images) and also if user posts it on my website, it should also be posted on a page (which is also created and owned by me).
Is it possible to do that? If yes, can anyone point to any resource which explains how to do it?
Yes it is very easy task, you must rely on some facebook SDK, more precise, you need to choose a library that offers wrapping classes around FB Graph Api i.e. Api Client.
This being said, check the following links as a start and continue developing according to your application requirements.
https://github.com/facebook-csharp-sdk
https://www.nuget.org/packages/Facebook
P.S: the library you choose must support OAuth, and you should read more about this protocol.

please tell me how to retrieve a data from online database(table)?. I just created a table in enter link description here
And I made a SQL database. And can anyone tell me how to retrieve a data from that?
It is strongly advised for you to not directly connect to a database straight from Xamarin for (at the very least) 2 distinctive reasons:
1. Your credentials for the database will be in your app code, meaning anyone can just decompile your app and read your login info - huge security risk.
2. By connecting to a online database straight from Xamarin you'll most probably overload the database server (they allow only a small number of connections).
Usually when you need data from a database you work with an API that you build yourself. For example A php site, or an ASP.NET web api.
Xamarin communicates with your web site (e.g. www.yoursite.com/api/getinformation). This way your credentials are safe in the website, and your app connects only to your site, which is better because you can cache information there, preventing an overload on your site.

Is it possible to call an exe from a MVC site?
I've seen this link. (I'll try it tomorrow in the morning when I get in the office)
Stackoverflow link
However I wanted to know if I cam barking up the wrong tree.
I have a 3rd party app that provides us a stand alone exe. Instead of sending this exe to x amount of clients. I would like to keep that exe on my web server so I can control who can use the exe.
Is this is viable option?.
You might find the responses to this old question helpful. If you are trying to run an exe file within your application, I think this would be the approach to take.
If I have understood your question wrong, and you are trying to provide users with a link to download an application, or a link to launch an application that already exists on their computer, then you will probably want to look into the html <href> tag.

Can my software send information to my site and read information off my site?
Imagine that someone opens a copy of my software. The IP address of that device send to my site. So I can see if that person is a friend or not. If that person is not a friend, I will set a variable to false.
The software will then read it as false then the software will close out.
Is this possible to do? If so, how can I do this?
You need to add a web service on your site then you can call the service and get an answer. You can also create a simple web page that see a white page with the result true or false. Consider using a WCF service so that it can expand if you needed more in the future.

How to login with facebook in android, iOS and Window Phone using xamarin.forms ?
If the login is successful then store the credentials.
My project is xamarin.forms with PCL.
How can i do implements facebook login integration in my project ?
thanks in Advance...
There are many ways to do this. One of the ways I recommend is https://github.com/adamped/xarch-starter. This is just a starter template but I it shows the Login Pattern I use. This series basically goes through it. http://www.xamarinhelp.com/14-days-to-building-an-enterprise-quality-xamarin-forms-app/
I wrote the code and blog series so just a self promotion disclaimer here, I thought it was relevant to the question.
You can store settings from your PCL using plugins such as
http://www.nuget.org/packages/Xam.Plugins.Settings/1.5.2
You can see the examples from that project.
Remember to only store the token received and not to store any actual credentials on the mobile device.
Update
Apologies, I missed the Facebook part. You can use a NuGet package such as http://components.xamarin.com/view/xamarin.auth
The above info still stands though.

I want to develop 1 chat functionality in my ASP.NET website, I have 1 Registered_User.aspx page and here in this page I want to show all the registered users with online and offline mode, after that when I select the online user for chat one message should be delivered to that user in the form of Accept/Decline and if user accept the chat then chat will be start otherwise chat will be decline.
You can implement everything you want just by using SignalR which is a new library for ASP.NET developers that makes it incredibly simple to add real-time web functionality to your applications. What is "real-time web" functionality? It's the ability to have your server-side code push content to the connected clients as it happens, in real-time.
You'll find a tutorial for Getting Started with SignalR 2
For your purpose you can establish a temporal connection perhaps by notification then establish the persistent one.
