I'm in need of a way of controlling Apache and reading configuration files etc for automating some tasks, does anyone know of any automation APIs or frameworks much like what Microsoft offers for IIS?
The application is a C# WinForms app that has a Apache + PHP (WAMP stack essentially). We can't use XAMMP, I need to create virtual hosts etc workout where the php.ini is etc.

You can reference other apache config files from the main one; so simply add a reference to your own apache conf file, and then write to it as required; once done, just restart the apache service. Pretty easy.

Is it possible to upload files and folders using SFTP in .net core 3.1 using webclient?
We don’t want to use third party plugins like Renci.Ssh, WinSCP etc.
There is no native support for SFTP or SCP from .net.
Not sure why you are reluctant to using 3rd party libraries. But if its something which cannot be compromised on, you could look at the possibility of launching external programs as sub-processes to perform the necessary activities. However, I believe this is likely to be limited to certain capabilities only.

I m working with a large project whith meets in mvc c# and looking for methods (plugins for visual studio, addons, frameworks) for tracking object in controller, views during the app works. Any methods exist for that ? I do not want use logging via nlog or log4net.
Try Application Insights (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/application-insights/app-insights-overview). It integrated very nice in Visual Studio, has a free plan as well and is created for scenario's like this.
Just to satisfy my curiosity, why do you not want to use a logging framework?

Are there examples of C# code accessing vSphere API through PowerCLI or otherwise? For test automation, is PowerCLI script or C# code calling vSphere API the better choice? Please advise on docs and examples
Here are C# samples for the web services API: http://communities.vmware.com/community/developer/codecentral/vsphere_ws_c
And here is the programming guide for using C# with the .NET assemblies that come with PowerCLI: http://www.vmware.com/support/developer/windowstoolkit/wintk40/doc/viwin_devg.pdf
On a personal note, I prefer PowerCLI for doing my test automation. Lots of things can be accomplished with one line of PowerCLI, and you never have to open Visual Studio. ;)

I was wondering if there exists an application for mobile phones(any platform) that simulates compiler, validates syntax?
It would be nice to have one the phone:) Particularly I am looking something for C# or C++(like gcc).
It does not have to generate any output code, just the front-end part(lexilal, syntax analysis...)
You can try online compilers that work through web browsers, such as Compilr.com.
Many mobile phones have SDKs, these will include all the tools that you need to develop on that particular device.
Symbian and Android are two that spring to mind.

I need to scan uploaded files on the server side.
I have asp.net application. The application is hosted on Windows server.
Can you point to some component or even commercial product with SDK or API, that can do the scan?
Server side virus scan on a file for Windows
I think you can take a look at ClamWin which is the windows portage of clamav antivirus on *nix. You'll be able to use the provided library or to use the command line tools to wrap the scan.
