In my WPF app I have many images of books which i want to display in an Image Carousel/Slider control.
In that control, when i click on right arrow (pic) new set of 4 images will come out in a smooth way.
Is there any free one out there.
This kind of tech is included in our website using javascript and stuff but i want a WPF one.
For a carousel control I know of FluidKit. it's only available in source-only form under a BSD license according to the introductory blog. in particular, have a look at the ElementFlow control.
try this one.

The file system explorer window in Vista and Windows 7 has a bar at the top of the window where one can type in the address to look at. When you leave the field it turns from being a text edit field to a field with buttons and drop down menus that can be used for navigating.
Are there any existing components like this? How can one go about building this type of component?
Spy++ shows it to be a ToolbarWindow32. So it is just a toolbar but functionality seems to have been added to it.

Is there a tool or software to modify the style of C# Forms.
So I have an app/project written in C# and I want to change the style of the forms (if possible on another environment) without causing problems in the code-behind.
Any help is appreciated and thank you in advance.
Try to use Custom Winform Styles or Drawing Custom Borders in Windows Forms form codeplex.

how to create an application which displays output which i want the user to see ? (like the above image)
I tried using list box but i am having issues with dynamically updating it.
Use a RichTextBox, and call RichTextBox.AppendText() when you need to output text to it.
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-en/library/3tdc88y7.aspx
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-en/library/system.windows.forms.richtextbox(v=vs.80).aspx
You can show the output in the TextBox control, for it you will need to set the textbox's property Multiline = true

Can anyone suggest some beautiful Gauge Controls that can works under VC/.Net environment, it is best to contain lot of styles, e.g. compass, aircraft instrument etc. Thanks in advance.
I am fully aware that this project doesn't fit your bill as it's Java-Swing based, but these gauges are so beautiful and well-assorted, they can serve as an inspiration should you fail to use ready-to-use components.
The same author also made a HTML5 Canvas based version (impressive demo here) of these components.
Updated link to the demo: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/84552/SteelSeries/SteelSeries.html
Maybe this helps.
