I have a ListView which shows a collection of objects. I want to disable the "Blue effect" or "Blue rectangle" when clicking on the ListViewItem, and Let only the object in this Item enabled. Does anyone has an idea about that ??

Setting the IsEnabled property of a parent control to False will automatically set the IsEnabled property of every child control to False as well. The only way around this is to set the IsEnabled property of the individual controls that you want to be disabled to False, instead of that of the parent control.
However, you can create one bool property to Bind to the IsEnabled property of all of the relevant controls so that at least, you can disable and enable them all using the one property:

So it turns out that you actually want to remove the default selection colour of the ListView... that is very different to what you 'appeared' to be asking. However, now I know that, you can achieve that very easily by using a simple Style:

Notice that the first 6 tags (SolidColorBrush) have the references to the colors according to the state of the ListViewItem.
From here, you can take 2 paths, change the SolidColorBrush Color to whatever you want to, in your case Transparent OR remove the Triggers altogether (not recommended).
When you're done, set the Style property of your ListBoxItem to the x:Key you named. In the code the name is x:Key="ListViewItemStyle1".

The problem is that the hover effect is really terrible. In fact, if the user goes on the TreeviewItem the effect should affect only the relative children and not the whole wrapper.
How can I solve this problem and make the hover effect fall only on the single element, parent or child?

I suppose you are using the HierarchicalDataTemplate for your items.
In that case, the 'terrible' hover effect is actually working exactly as you specify it. E.g. the Sergio item will contain other sub-items. When you hover on Alessandro, the Sergio item actually contains the mouse too, because this Sergio item is that large and contains all the other sub-items, including Alessandro.
You have two options now.
Either do it in your data template, something like:

I am trying to create menu with MenuItem that is checkable, but looks like toggle button. Currently, it looks like this:
You'd agree, this looks pretty ugly and it's not intuitive whether check mark belongs to Views or to Actions.
I'm aware that regular CheckBox has property Appearance which can be set to Button, making CheckBox appear like ToggleButton. However, there is no such property for MenuItem object.
I've also tried to add ToggleButton to menu, but it's appearance differs from what I'd expect. Here's the screenshot of this try:

As you can see due to the Margin, which is variable, there is space between the items. The problem is the dropdown arrow. It is not centered on the element. Well, it is centered on the element ignoring the margin. How do I adjust the arrow?
Your XAML markup is both incomplete and incorrect: the DataTemplate should be a HierarchicalDataTemplate and it should be placed in a <TreeView.ItemTemplate> tag. This doesn't apply after your edit.

It will use default style of a TreeViewItem and edit only defined properties. If you use explicitly defined style for TreeViewItem, use BaseOn="{StaticResource [YourStyleKey]}" (without [ ]).
If you need some more advanced styling I'd suggest you to use Blend to get the ControlTemplate of a TreeViewItem, then just edit it to your needs, without changing too much (keep in mind that names of controls used as a template may have a crucial meaning, so be careful what you are editing).
If you don't know how to use Blend to get your control's template, here is a simple tutorial described in a documentation of Telerik controls (don't worry, it works the same for all controls). You just need to create copy of a TreeViewItem ControlTemplate, paste it to your application and you are good to go (editing).
By using Blend you can get templates of all building blocks of a TreeView control and make them look like you want them to. You just need to do some digging.

I want the text box to stretch to the width of the window, but instead you get this:
The textbox expands as you type, which is not what I want.
I am thinking now it might be possible to set a binding on the width of the 2nd column to the width of the TreeViewItem but I'm not sure how to do that.
I've tried putting the grid in assorted panels, but that doesn't work either. I have also set the HorizontalAlignment and HorizontalContentAlignment to Stretch on the textbox itself, but that also doesn't work.
Is this some limitation of the Grid control? Putting a textbox in a tree view by itself will make it expand as I want, but I need the label to be next to it and if there are multiple fields it looks MUCH better if all the textboxes are aligned.

The core of the issue (and the way to fix it) is described here:
The default ControlTemplate for the TreeViewItem uses a grid of 3 columns x 2 rows, defined such that the content cannot stretch horizontally. The author also gives a modified style, that changes the grid so that the content can stretch.
Note that the modified style sets the HorizontalContentAlignment of TreeViewItem to Center, and that the ControlTemplate uses this property for aligning the content.
To achieve the desired effect, either set HorizontalContentAlignment to Stretch in the modified style, or override just that property on the TreeView (or specific TreeViewItems).
Missing the BasedOn="{StaticResource {x:Type TreeViewItem}}" part causes the TreeViewItem to revert to using the default ControlTemplate, with the non-stretchable grid.

It seems like Grid's HorizontalAlignment Issue. I've tried it in .Net Framework 4 and it all works fine. Seems like in 4.5 even though you specify HorizontalAlignment as Stretch, it actually doesn't stretch it. So you can do a binding like below:

Cause you can see in the run time that TreeViewItem has Width expected but Grid doesn't.
All you need to do is add Grid.ColumnSpan='2' to the ControlTemplate of the TreeViewItem as shown below.

Explanation:
The default ControlTemplate places the Header Content in a Grid column that does not stretch. The Grid.ColumnSpan='2' instructs the Header content to span to the rest of the Grid.
I am overriding DataGrid row header style, and I’m been hindered with the following two issues:
1.The DataGrid row header contains an Image and a ToggleButton. When the ToggleButton is ‘Checked’ I want to change the background color of the whole row, however I only managed to change the background of the row header and couldn’t figure out a way to fire a trigger on the row level.
2.When a row is selected the row and the header background is set to different background, the other way around does not work. What I need to do is to change the background of the row when the row header is selected

This is because tglButton is present in the row header, which is a child of the DataGridRow. A trigger defined in child row header is trying to update a property of the parent (DataGridRow) and is not able to find it.
One solution for this is to define the template for DataGridRowHeader inside the template for DataGridRow and supply a name for it, which can be used in the trigger. A very crude example:
