StreamInsight Service on Windows doesn't recognize the application dlls - c#

I have my project worked fine with embbed stream insight instance.
But when I tried to use the standardalone StreamInsight service on Windows, I got an exception when this code is run
using (matchQuery.Bind(sink).Run())
An exception of type 'Microsoft.ComplexEventProcessing.ConnectionException' occurred in Microsoft.ComplexEventProcessing.Diagnostics.dll
It said that The management service encountered an error: Could not load file or assembly 'MyApplication, Version=1.0.5198.16312, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
My question
1. Why doesn't StreamInsight recognize the dlls?
2. Do I need to installing the dlls to GAC?
Im using StreamInsight 2.1
My system is 64 bit.
My project is configurated with any CPU.

Put your dlls to the debug folder and restart the windows service.

"Could not load file or assembly" error for System.Net.Http

I'm working on a WinForms application which is being targetted at .Net 4.7.2. When I run the application on my development machine (either by firing up the compiled EXE itself or in debug mode in Visual Studio) it works fine. When I copy the EXE to the machine where I intend it to be run from, I keep getting the following error:
Could not load file or assembly 'System.Net.Http, Version=4.2.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
My development machine is Server 2012R2 (Visual Studio 2019 Community) and the target machine is Server 2016, but both have the latest version of .Net installed. I've tried searching for an answer for almost two days straight but can't find anything concrete. The usual suggestions I've seen are to add binding redirects to the config file, but that doesn't seem to do anything either.
Just wondering anyone else has ever experienced anything like this, and if so, did you ever find a way around it? It's driving me mad!
Many thanks!

Service Fabric Deployment Error: "Could not load file or assembly or one of its dependencies"

I'm getting the error "Could not load file or assembly {project dll} or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found" when attempting to publish a service fabric application to a cluster.
This application publishes to the local cluster without any problem, and runs exactly as expected. However, when I attempt to publish the application to the cluster, it fails, stating that a project dll cannot be found.
The missing dll is in the list of dlls that get packaged with the application, and all of its dependencies are non-local (system.dll, system.net.dll, etc.). The project is built for x64 to run with Service Fabric.
This answer worked after restarting the machines after the installation. I also packaged a release build to keep debug dlls out.

Could not load file or assembly 'EfTidyNet' or one of its dependencies

I am trying to host an application on IIS 7.0, this application is using a third party dll
EFTidynet.dll for removing unwanted html code in the application. when i am running this application using Visual Studio 2010, its working fine, but when i hosted this application on IIS 7.0 its giving the error of
Could not load file or assembly 'EfTidyNet' or one of its dependencies.
I have already added the name in the assemblies section on web.config but still no success.
Can anybody help me out.
EfTidyNet (on codeproject.com) seems to contain only one DLL. The directions say that it needs to be registered in the GAC.
I usually create a folder in my c:\inetpub\ folder named "Bin" or "DLL" or "GAC". It makes it much easier to find registered files (that I'm using for IIS). Microsoft has plenty of good instructions on GACing a file. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dkkx7f79(v=vs.110).aspx
On my development machine, I was having the same error message, followed by:
An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.
Apparently, EfTidyNet is a 32-bit DLL, which didn't work too well on my 64-bit version of Windows 8.
The error disappeared after I enabled 32-bit applications in the advanced settings of the application pool of the web site, as explained here:
Could not load file or assembly exception

Could not load file or assembly 'Noesis.Javascript, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=ae36d046c7f89f85' or one of its dependencies

I have no problem using the Noesis.JavascriptDLL in a console application, but when I use the DLL in my web application in the development server, I get the following error:
Could not load file or assembly 'Noesis.Javascript, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=ae36d046c7f89f85' or one of its dependencies.
The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect.
Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.
(Exception from HRESULT: 0x800736B1)
First I think the problem was that in the development server, because where weren't the correct versions of the msvc*.dll's:
msvcm90.dll (9.0.30729.6161)
msvcp90.dll (9.0.30729.6161)
msvcr90.dll (9.0.30729.6161)
I installed this versions but the error still happening!
I 'm using win7 x64 and visual studio 2008 express, and the server is win2008 server R2 x64.
Can any one help me?
I had the same problem, mine was resolved by:
Download and unzip Javascript.NET from http://javascriptdotnet.codeplex.com/
Copy 3 dlls (msvcp100.dll, msvcr100.dll and Noesis.Javascript.dll) into /bin folder.
Hopefully this answer will help someone as none of the previous answers solved this issue for me.
Ensure that the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package is installed on the server. It can be downloaded from this link:

RMO on Windows 7 - The Specified module could not be found

My machine:
Windows XP (x86), VS2008, .net 3.5, sql server 2005, WinForms -> App works fine.
Production Machines: Windows 7 (x64), SQl Server 2005 Express -> App Starts but throws exception
Visual Studio Targeting x86 on setup project and RMO project. Visual Studio gives me a a couple warnings but I can still build:
Unable to find dependency 'MICROSOFT.SQLSERVER.MANAGEMENT.SQLPARSER' (Signature='89845DCD8080CC91' Version='10.0.0.0') of assembly 'Microsoft.SqlServer.Smo.dll'
Unable to find dependency 'MICROSOFT.SQLSERVER.MANAGEMENT.SQLPARSER' (Signature='89845DCD8080CC91' Version='10.0.0.0') of assembly 'Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.SmoMetadataProvider.dll'
This is a simple RMO (Replication Management Objects) app that initiates a pull subscription in SQL Server 2005 and displays status. Works fine on my machine, but fails on the production machine. I'm using a setup project to install the app on the production machine, but I think I'm missing a dependency somewhere, but I can't figure it out.
On the production machine the app starts fine, but when I try to synch the subscription i get:
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: The Specified module could not be found. (Exception from HResult: 0x8007007E)
EDIT: Task Manager in Win 7 inditcates that it is running as a 32-bit app (myapp.exe *32).
EDIT: Ok, my app is now showing in task manager that it is a 64 bit app, but I'm getting an error. I'm thinking that I some how have a dependency dll targeting x86. How can I verify the dependency dll is targeting the correct platfrom and/or make sure that it is targeting x64... I thought the setup prjoect would rebuild the dll in my detected dependencies to target whatever cpu I chose in the setup project?
Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SqlServer.Replication, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture-neutral, PublicKey Token=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its dependencies. An attempt to was made to load a program with an incorrect format.
run Fusion Log viewer as administrator and set it to Log Bind Failures to Disk.
that way you'll be able to see which DLL's don't load properly.
I thought the setup prjoect would rebuild the dll in my detected dependencies to target whatever >cpu I chose in the setup project
the setup does not compile any dlls for you automatically.
An attempt to was made to load a program with an incorrect format.
look here, on where to find an x64 version of 'Microsoft.SqlServer.Replication'
