I'm working a on POC which is intended to find sentences in a string input paragraph. Before I get started, I wanted to know whether I could use any existing C# libraries or nuget libraries for this purpose?
How about this from the Stanford Natural Language Processing Group? Although this might be overkill as you can just string Split() from punctuation marks (period, question mark, exclamation point, interrobang, etc.) depending on what you need.

I've got used to VSC clean up my code, while working with React. Now that I'm using C#, I'm not able to find anything like prettier for this language. I'm looking for some way of setting up my VSCode to do this for me, stuff like: removing white spaces, adding semicolons after each end of the code snippet, broke the lines if the code line was too long (like a long array or parameters). Is there any way for that or was it just one of bonuses of writing in javascript?
Resharper, Code Maid Probably others as well

i'm writing C# code in visual studio2015 and im looking for packet capture library
my goal is to reject some non-allowed packets and ddos attack
I only know of one library that can do it for windows: WinDivert
It also has a .net wrapper: Divert.Net. For the Divert.Net you need the 1.2.0-rc MSVC files from what I remember.

Anyone know of an eye-tracking library for C#, C/C++ or Objective-C? Open-source is preferable. Thanks.
OpenCV could probably do it. It has the ability to perform face recognition, so eye tracking might be a subset of that.
Here is a page full of eye-tracking resources, many of them open-source.

I am trying to implement a content formatting feature in my website - that is, I want to let my users type for example bold or (like SO) * * bold * * and end up with bold. I also want support for headers, links, images etc.
The more I'm working on this, the more I feel like I'm reinventing the wheel. If possible, I would like to find an OpenSource library that I could use, or at least "borrow" from. So my question is:
What content formatting library do you recommend? Why?
Stack Overflow uses Markdown, for which there are many open source formatting libraries available.
