I've created a Winforms app in C#. I do have both my Datasources listed as Datasets.
LOTSDataSet = Source Info
webbitdbdataset = Destination Dataset.
These are connected with LOTSConnectionString and WebbitConnectionString.
Anyway I have the code shown below that I am getting a connection error on, when I try to import data from LOTS to Webbit.

Trying to "OPEN CONNECTION" for both connections was just something I tried.. I guess knowing it was going to fail, but I wanted to try before I asked on here.
The command is attached to the OLEDB connection to Webbit, thus I'm getting an exception based on 'cannot find LOTS server'
Prior to running the query I do run a connection checker, which opens both connections and "tries and catches" both connections to make sure they are valid connections.
Using Access the query does work, so I know the issue 100% is trying to open these connections to two databases!
Any direction would be appreciated.

I have two SQL Server databases, server name are sql1 and sql2.
When I switch database from sql1 to sql2 (using HaProxy), my application still keeps the old SQL connection to server sql1.
However, other applications (using Linq-to-SQL) can get the new SQL connection to sql2.
Please see my code below that's I using to get connection to SQL Server:

You need to know the HAProxy listen configuration, maybe your HAProxy has exceptions programmed, or the redirection only works if you use an specific IP address destination or come from an specific IP range. Please compare the connections string used in each case.

I'm developing a C# application and I want to copy a whole table from a SQL Server CE database to another programmatically. I know I can use this command in SQL Server, but I'm not sure how to use two database connections in one query in C#.

You wouldn't do it the same way as in SQL Server because there's no single server that manages both databases. Your app is the only thing that links the two databases so the the data has to go through your app. You're trying to do it the wrong way and that's why you can't find a solution: you're looking for the wrong thing.
There are examples of this out there. I know, because I've written more than one myself. You simply need to use a data adapter to populate a DataTable from the first database and then a data adapter to save the contents of that DataTable to the second database. If the data sources are the same type then you can even use just one data adapter because the SelectCommand and InsertCommand can have different connections.

That example uses SqlClient but it works the same for any provider, including SqlServerCe.
I am using the JOB to continuously watch the table data. Inside the JOB i am calling the SQLCLR SP. SQLCLR SP will run. Before the while loop i will open the SQL connection. Inside for loop i will access the database 1000-10000 times in only one connection. I wont close the DB connection untill my work is done.

Here I am using the Context Connection and executing the thousands of command in single connection. Is there any consideration of Connection pool in context connection..? How about the performance of single command execution for each connection vs multiple command execution with single connection?

There is no problem in executing large number of queries over a single connection. Any how you are using a SQL CLR Procedure with context connection. As mentioned in MSDN it states that:
using the context connection typically results in better performance and less resource usage. The context connection is an in-process–only connection, so it can contact the server "directly" by bypassing the network protocol and transport layers to send Transact-SQL statements and receive results. The authentication process is bypassed, as well.

No. It is fine to execute a large number of queries over a single connection.
Your code would likely perform worse if you were to open/close a connection to run those three SQL queries for each of those 1000+ rows.
I have my main form which has a datagrid view connected to a database. Then I have a button that opens a separate form and I've got a few buttons etc on that secondary form.
I need to query the database from the secondary form but I'm not sure how to do that without creating a whole new connection, which I don't think I need since the program is already connected to the database. I'm just not sure how to reference the oleDB connection I made in that first form (I didn't code it in, I used the little arrow on the datagridview to connect it to the database using visual studio)
Now instead of creating that new connection, how do I reference the first connection made in the primary form?

From a design standpoint, you should consider making a data access layer for your forms to utilize. You can create methods to retrieve those Db results for you so you consolidate that code and separate it from your form functionality. It may be just a small project, but it's good practice and if it's a project you want to grow, you'll want it laid out to be extendable.
Something like

If you are Using the "Using" statement, your connection is closed after this code is run. You don't in fact need the conn.Close() and conn.Dispose() statements. Using does that for you.
Your best bet is to open up the connection again. It is generally a good practice to open and close connections as quickly as possible, although likely less important if your Access DB local. This generally does not impact performance too much as the OLE DB driver behind the scene will pool the connection and keep it open for a period of time.

Depending on which version of SQL Server you are using, the standard solution here is to use either DTS (2000 and before) or SSIS (2005 and on). You can turn it into an executable if you need to, schedule it straight from SQL Server, or run it manually. Both tools are fairly robust (although SSIS much more so) with methods to clear existing data, rollback in case of errors, transform data if necessary, write out exceptions, etc.
If at all possible I'd try and do it all in SQL Server. You can create a linked server to your other database server. Then simply use T-SQL to copy the data across - it would look something like...

If you need to do this on a regular basis or clear out the data first you can do this as part of a scheduled task using the SQL Agent.
If you only need to import the data once, and you have a lot of data, why not use the "BULK INSERT" command? Link
T-SQl allows you to insert data from a select query. It would look something like this:
insert into Foo
select * from Bar;
As long as the field types align this will work - otherwise you will have to massage the data from Bar to fit the fields from Foo.
When you need to do this once, take a look at the database publishing wizard (just google) and generate a script which does everything.
